Purchased a file when it stated it was an stl file ended up being a rar file. .. issue fixed thanks

The file is not a stl it's a rar file I would have not purchased if it said rar file it says stl although it's cheap so it's no big deal I purchased expecting a stl file to download

Ok so I purchased the file in hopes of making it into a pendant it says stl file but this is incorrect it's a rar file that I can't use can u make it in a stl file for me I already purchased and it states it's an stl file
