Light Fury Dragon

Light Fury Dragon 3D print model

Description

The Light Fury is a medium-sized Strike Class dragon and a close relative of the Night Fury[2] that first appeared in How to Train Your Dragon: The Hidden World. The Light Fury was specially designed to be very similar — a 'variation' — to a Night Fury, yet still have its own unique qualities. While Toothless is based in part on a black panther, Simon Otto based the Light Fury in part on another feline, the snow leopard.

We will meet her in How to train your dragon 3.

If you purchase this model, you will own:

- OBJ, STL files are ready for 3D printing.

- Zbrush original files (ZTL, ZPR) for you to customize as you like.

25th July, 2020: version 1.2 - Split into 5 sections and create keys for those sections for easy connectivity and ready for 3D printing.

Total waste of money, there are so many imperfections, claws not attached to main model, gaps in tail and many more that could not get to print correctly. totally regret buying this. Such a pity as it looks lovely. :(

It's a beautiful 3D sculpture, but it is not 3D printable without major fixes to the mesh. You will need to use 3rd party software like Meshmixer. For example, the large parial ring in the back is completely hollow. There is another hollow space in the dragons neck. The base is not flat on the bottom. The author does provide the dragon, the base, and the hearts separated. But you will have to find a way to reattach them all once the model is printed. Definitely not for beginners.
