Feel free to paint as you prefer, but you can follow the render images to get color refs.(Also, I suggest you to paint in black all around the eye balls - since its purpose is to create like a very deep aspect around the red circles)

And you can search for real images of the character to paint it :)

Set in size 10cm - but you can resize it as you prefer.I didn't test it in a printer, so I'm not sure if need some adjust.And also, be aware of the supports that may be necessary in his head/arms.
