The Chase Park Plaza Hotel, otherwise known simply as the Park Plaza, is a 315ft (96m) tall building in St. Louis, Missouri. Located on the city's Central West End, the lavishly decorated art deco skyscraper overlooks sprawling Forest Park as well as some of St. Louis's most elite neighborhoods. The tower, designed by architecture firm Schopp and Baumann, was completed in 1929 as an addition to the luxurious hotel complex that shares the same name. Its imposing form, elegant setbacks, and unchallenged height far from the city's historic downtown make the Park Plaza one of the city's greatest pieces of architectural heritage.
(Note: This building has been altered throughout the years, most notably with the addition of an all-glass addition to its top floors. This model aims to recreate the building in its original form when it was first built.)
