General information
Ideally, print all parts on an resin printer. Place the parts with the non-visible sides (inside) on the bed of the printer. This will achieve the highest quality. The components in this package have been successfully tested on a Prusa i3 MK3s (FDM) and an Anycubic Photon Mono 4K (Resin). The ideal settings of your 3D prints are up to you. We cannot make any generally valid recommendations.
Clean the components after printing and free them from print support and any material residue. If desired, it is also advisable to finish and smooth the visible surfaces afterwards with putty and sandpaper. Please keep in mind that parts often do not come out of the 3D printer perfectly accurate to size. This can lead to the fact that the components do not immediately fit together exactly, but must be processed somewhat.
Use a non-evaporating super glue for assembling the parts. This prevents vapors from condensing on transparent components, for example, and soiling them.
It is recommended to apply a primer to the components before painting. Acrylic-based paints are suitable for painting. The manufacturers Citadel & Vallejo are recommended. Clean colored surfaces can be created with an airbrush system or spray cans.
