It did have fault...but contacted the seller and sorted quickly... Would buy of again...

When the model was brought into the slicer the software picked up errors and asked to correct them, but was unable to correct them and stalled. I told the slicer to ignore the build errors and just slice it. Going through the layers one could clearly see odd objects left in the first few layers which caused a very rough finish. The designer needs to clean up this model to remove these anomalies.
