DESCRIPTION

This is a 1 to 1000 Tokyo Tower model that is aimed and optimized for 3D printing.

Most of the architectural model found online were all in 1 to 1 detail. With 3d printers producing miniatures, those architectural digital model are mostly useless due to the scale-down details. This model is redrawn by researching architectural drawings, plans, sections etc.It is aimed to create a 3D model that is printable and still captures as much detail as it could.

The model is separated into three parts: upper part, lower part, and the model base. The tower measured 332.9 metersin height so the printed model would be 332.9mm (33.29cm / 13 1/8 inches) in heightPrint the model in parts if you have a 3D printer having printing size smaller than 332.9mm.A complete tower model is also attached if you have a bigger 3D printer.

Support is not recommended for the slicing process.Only the top of the arch located at the bottom of the tower is most difficult to print, but it should be fine.Resin 3D printers are recommended but it still works for FDM printer.

Feel free to contact if you have any problems in downloading/printing the model or customization.Contact if you would like to buy a printed version.
