Men's ring with enamel, inserts and stone. The distribution has ready-made files for 3D printing with sprues for subsequent casting from metal. There are also files without gating system. You can mill this ring. A variety of formats will give you the opportunity to change the ring as you wish. Still, instead of inserts of white gold, you can make them from wood or other materials.
