Jewelry Ring Collection 3D print model

BEFORE I purchased I asked the seller if the rings could be resized (3 rings in the model), he told me yes buy the model and he will resize. I bought the model then had to wait a few days. When he finally decided to resize the ring he only did one, when I complained about not receiving the resizing of the other rings, he replied he was "doing me a favor" by resizing the others and he not obligated to do this. Stating that I bought this file for only $5 I guess implying I should be happy with what I recieved. What he stating is true he is not obligated, but if I asked about resizing your model before buying and you said you would after I bought, not saying it would cost anything I believe you are obligated now. I eventually recieved the resize rings but in a file format I could use but its ok. Let keep this very clear the design is beautiful and if he stated I need to pay a fee to get the rings resized I would have gladly paid, but the way he communicated that he was doing me a favor was not how you talk to a customer. Especially after tell you would do it. Anyways his design is stunning, but customer service is trash.
