The Etruscans:

The Etruscans or Tyrrhenians were a people of Antiquity whose geographical core was Tuscany, to which they gave their name. They were called Τυρσηνοί, tyrsenoi, or Τυρρρηνοί, tyrrhenoi, by the Greeks; and tusci, or later etrusci, by the Romans; they called themselves rasenna or rašna.

A very famous designer who incorporated this great style into his collections was David Yurman.

The Etruscan style is characterized by rope details.
