I recently purchased a file from CGTrader, and I must say it was a complete disappointment. The seller's behavior was highly unprofessional and rude. Not only did the file fail to meet the advertised quality, but the seller's customer service was appalling. They were dismissive and unhelpful when I reached out with my concerns. I expected a better experience from CGTrader and a higher standard of professionalism from their sellers.
