Dragon Pendant 3D Model
This pendant model was inspired by Japanese sword mountings designs. Tsubas are round or square-ish (usually) guards at the end of the grip of bladed Japanese weapons that are usually decorated with elegant finishes and considered now as a collector's items. The craftsmanship of making tsuba in Japan was a hereditary craft. Bushido's codex denounced samurai wearing rings, earrings, and other jewelry. However, the samurai found a way out of the situation by decorating the sheath and the tsuba. Thus, without formal violation of the code, the samurai showed its taste and wealth.
