resolution is poor will not cut smooth with aspire

It works well if you carve it large. The people at cgtrader I give them a A+. I bought this model at 4:30 in the morning here in Colorado USA, and I had some questions. I was expecting a e-mail back in several hours, not so. They were helping me with in minutes. I have several other models in mind. I will use cgtrader again.
