Create a wonderful light-up Mickey Mouse like headband. Just print the headband, 2 x Backs, 2 x Fronts, 2 x Pegs and 6 x Joints. Insert the joints and peg into the back ear piece, then add your preferred LED lights inside each ears and just clip on the front ear piece and slide on the whole ears into the headband.
The bow slot on the top can hold a nice big bow should your LED lights have external batteries to hide and there is a hole in the bottom corners of the ears for any LEDs wires.
The walls on the front and back ear pieces are thin to enable light to come through for most PLA colours.
Recommended print settings for headband... Infill: 20% Support Placement: Everywhere Support Overhang Angle: 58 Support Density: 5% or less (Important This makes the supports easier to remove from the brackets) Support Pattern: Zig Zag Quality: 0.2 or 0.16.
For the Front and Back Ear pieces you can increase Support Z distance to 0.3 and decrease support interface thickness to 1mm and density to 25% to enable easier removal of the support material.
