will hold any dumbbell with a handle up to 35 mm in diameter , the handle must be at least 12cm long to fit without resizing the center part .

can be as strong or lightweight as you want depending on how thick you want to make it

3D PRINTING SETTINGSthe center piece must be printed with the screw holes touching the bedif the hole size is too small or large , just scale the model ( different printers will vary on tolerance )
