This is a tray/caddy to hold wet things (sponge, brush, soap) that might stain your countertop, etc. It's designed to hang over the edge of your sink, with a sharp drip edge. The raised ridges are flat, while the grooves in-between are angled to promote quick drainage. Those parts have rounded corners to make it easier to clean. Grooves on the underside promote airflow to dry out any water that might get underneath. A beveled back edge allows it go against a wall and fit around any caulk, etc. while also promoting airflow underneath. Even with the un-conventional bottom surface, it should print as-is, upright, with no support. As the grooves on top have a very gentle slope, I recommend the smallest layer height you can manage, as this aspect of the design makes layers very obvious. I printed this on an Ultimaker S5. It's 310mm long, so it needs a bed that long in at least one direction, unless you modify it to be smaller.
