I downloaded one item out of seven that was purchased onto my phone which didn't open thinking it was a request for my address to sene me my purchase, to realize that it wasn't clear, that I wasn't getting cookie cutters and that in no way could I download or use whatever had been sent to me to download. I contact customer support immediately and asked for assistance and got none. So it was a waste of money and no one seemed to care

However; I immediately contacted this company and they decided to wait over 24 hours to respond refusing to give me a refund. I was not able to download whatever file they may have sent me. Therefore; I have no way of knowing if they truly sent the correct cookies or not. I would not have been able to do anything with the files regardless. I am not in this business. Just a single mom, trying to have a nice party for my daughter. This was a scam, and these people care nothing about the public.
