I designed my own chair in FreeCAD 0.17. I designed it also to be suitable as a 3D printable chair, because of the simple geometry.The chair consists of one single (folded) line with a thickness of 40mm. A problem for me is the size of the design chair. It's too big for an average 3D printer.

• extrusion multiplier 0.95
• coasting 0.30mm
• wipe distance off
• fan 75%
• no support needed (print on side)
