Seed mixes: the optimal mix is composed of 1/3 black sunflower, peanuts and crushed corn ;

Simple vegetable fat loaf ;

Vegetable fat bread mixed with seeds, red fruits or insects ;

Sunflower seeds (unroasted and unsalted), if possible unstreaked, black seeds are better and richer in lipids ;

Peanuts (unroasted and unsalted) ;

Crushed almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and corn (unroasted and unsalted) ;

Small millet or oat seeds ;

Decomposed fruits (apple, withered pear, grape).

You can use them in suspension with an electric candle (tealight type) to illuminate your interior .
