Description

The design idea I always wanted to fly FPV on a fixed wing airplane instead of quadcopters. Given that I am a student, living in a small apparent just having a 3D-Printer, leads to the following requirements to my design:

cheap small easy to build. availability Now the goal was: only using parts you can easily buy on the internet and PLA as filament. (No Foamy PLA)

Furthermore, I tried to keep it fast repairable with FPV-Racing in mind. Would be awesome if there will be a racing category with this one.

550mAh Battery Flight time 7-11 min Higher Top- and Cruising speed increases turn radius good for cruising/range flights

Print Settings I also uploaded the Curaprofil used with my AnyCubic Vyper

These settings are essential for the wings, elevons and winglets. Also try to over extrude the initial layer so that it will have a strong cohesion.

I also recommend horizontal expansion of -0.05 for all parts!

You might need to scale the models 10x. (At least in Cura, Prusa should scale it right). The elevons are only for replacement the wing already has one attached.
