1:1 print as 1:72 scale model or depending on the 3D printer adjustment ratio,Stl files do not need to be processed, just slice them directly.I made the mold parting for a PLA printer(FDM)(render in blue)..The Northrop Grumman X-47 is a demonstration unmanned combat aerial vehicle.

STL file sliced and 3D printed OK. Size as imported was a little rough at some of the edges, but 1.5x scaled up was better.
