I'd give this file a 2.5 out of 5. 2 main reasons being quality of the file and price. The images shown for the files look a lot cleaner than what they actually are, as the surface texture is not very smooth, which I believe directly impacts the price. If this file was actually smoothed out, it most certainly would warrant the $40 price tag, however, in the state that you receive it (not being as smooth as the suggested images) $20 would certainly be more fair in comparison to what is out on the market (and even then there are clean files for around $20 out there). Thankfully it will be still usable for what I need, just have to do some extra smoothing and clean up first.
