I'm thrilled to present the completed RC boat model I've been developing! You can check out the linked video and pictures to see the final version in all its glory.
Carefully designed for 3D printing. However, this project goes beyond just printing—it requires some hands-on modeling techniques like assembly, sanding, and painting. It’s a perfect challenge for those who love diving into RC modeling and customizing their builds. This project is close to my heart, especially as I competed in the Hungarian Naviga competition and proudly earned second place in the F2A category with this model.
The different parts are zipped together and exported into .stl's.
I hope you enjoy building and personalizing this model as much as I have! I would love to see your builds, so feel free to share your progress and any modifications you make.
This model is 3d printing optimized and also has some holes for screws for additional strength on the hull. Gorilla glue or epoxy can be applied to the inside of the body for extra strenght. (I used gorilla glue)
Total length: 865 mm Total width: 232 mm
