I'm a little late to the hype and 3 months after deadline but life happened. This is the first time i was using epoxy and making a 3d-printed mold for it (mainly because silicone has gotten very expensive lately).Download includes:-all files for the 3d-print-alternative files for the mainbody (without service flap, without handle)-files for the fdm-printed mold to make the blade from epoxy-a version of the blade that can be printed on fdm/resin-printers-a quickguide pdf with assembly instructions
What you'll need for the build:-~1kg of epoxy, one half of the blade is 13mm deep-about 210mm of 6mm pipe (90mm, 45mm, 2x35mm)-~500mm LED-strip for the blade + 4 leds for the star-2x M3 (or similar) threaded inserts + screws-electronics (e.g. arduino pro micro, lipo-battery, switches, usb-connectors)-a fdm-printer with at least 210x210x80mm build volume for the main parts of the body-a resin-printer for the small star, any entry-level machine should do (or silicone if you want to make a mold)
