3D printed and tested 24 V, 50 W generator for wind-turbine (maybe with gearbox):3D Printing: 0.4 mm print head, 0.1 mm layer, PC, min. infill 60 %, no rafts, no supports.Assembly:1.Print all parts.2.Assemble stator: glue Stator_P12_RCone_PC with Stator_P12_LCone_PC, press in 1st bearing (10x26x8), put in Stator_Bearing_Spacer_PC, press in 2nd bearing (10x26x8), make 3xM5 and 2xM3 threads in Stator_Cover_PC, finish stator by screwing 3xM5X40-60 screws, screw on contacts.3.Stator winding: use 0.6 mm2 crossection copper wire, wind in one direction 6 and 8 layers in repetition for adjacent poles (takes ~6-8 hours).4.Assemble rotor: thread Rotor_P24_PC and Rotor_Cover_Extender with M4, fix both with 3xM4x10, insert 24 30x10x5 N52 magnets (https://www.neomagnete.de) with N/S poles alternating for adjacent magnets, screw Rotor_P24_PC, Rotor_Cover_PC_w12VentBlades and Rotor_Cover_Extender together with 9xM4x8 screws, thread M10 through main rotor hole, screw in 100 mm M10 main axis, add M10 washer and nut at the outside.5.Final assembly: add M10 washer at the inside of the rotor, put in stator assembly, add M10 washer and nut to tighten, add power cables to contacts.
