This portable hangboard features a total of 8 holds. Each side contains large to very small crimpy holds to train your fingers for whatever you might be training or warming up to climb. The center of the block has two holes which can be used to thread a rope through and attach some weight. Another alternative to this is to attach a longer rope which you can then wrap around your foot or step on to train your fingers without the need for weights. I included a file with the full portable hangboard as is and a file with the hangboard split in half which eliminates the need for supports.
