Railway foot crossing made out of Wooden Railway Sleepers
This crossing has been designed to fit the OO/HO track, it has been designed so it can be used on Code 100 and Code 75 tracks. The crossing has a section to fit between two lines, this comes in two versions setrack and streamline width. There is a 4 sleeper section to go between the rails, this has been designed to slightly overhang the sleeper chairs to minimize the distance between rails and sleepers without interfering with the wheels of the train. The slopes have been designed to sit on the edge of the track sleepers. Slopes and sections between lines have hidden supports that assist with mounting and reduce any warping. OO trains use HO track so this design is a combination between the two gauges. The design is slightly weighted more to HO as this is the gauge of the track. I have not tested this design on O Gauge, N Gauge, or other gauges.
The examples in the pictures have been printed on an AnyCubic Photon 3D resin printer.
The main resins I use for printing can be found with my affiliated links below. I use AnyCubic Water Washable Resin for most of my items but use AnyCubic ABS Like Resin for anything that needs to be stronger and tougher.
