When I was designing the version with pillars I notice some locations had balustrade walls without pillars so I thought it might be worth doing a version without pillars and in longer lengths.
Balustrade stone detailing is commonly found on buildings, stations, bridges and other similar locations.
The designs consists of three lengths between of 6ft (1.8m), 12ft (3.6m) and 24ft (7.2m) lengths and is approximately 3ft high (0.9m). Which equates to 24mm, 48mm, 96mm long and 12mm high in OO scale.
I have designed the items as a kit that slots together and I have created two end sections that are 6ft long (1.8m) (24mm in OO Scale), These are labelled start and end.
This item have been designed at OO gauge, 1/76.2 scale. For HO Gauge print at 87%, 1/87 Scale, For O Gauge UK print at 175%, 1/43.5 scale, For O Gauge International print at 158%, 1/48 scale, For TT Gauge print at 63.5%, 1/120 scale, For N Gauge UK print at 51.5%, 1/148 Scale, (Caution: I have not test printed this in N gauge scale).
The example in the pictures was printed on an AnyCubic Proton M3 3D resin printer. I recommend printing these on a 3D resin printer to get best print definition. As per normal with my designs there is a balance between accuracy and printability, hopefully not affecting the look of the model too much.
The main resins I use for printing can be found with my affiliated links below. I use AnyCubic Water Washable Resin for most of my items but use AnyCubic ABS Like Resin for anything that needs to be stronger and tougher.
