Brick Culverts as typically found near roads or railways to allow water to pass through without affecting the railway or road.
If you like these but require something a little different then please approach me via this site to do a project for you.
There are four versions included, two small and two large which have single and double pipes. The pipes can be printed separately to assist in printing and painting when painting mask surfaces that join together. I have also included pipe extensions if you want to give a better perspective when viewing. A brick pattern has been applied to both sides of the wall so any visible surfaces are textured. I have test-printed these on an Anycubic Photon Resin Printer and the parts fit together fine with tolerances applied. With other printers, some light sanding may be required.
This has been modeled at OO Gauge, 1/76 scale, for HO Gauge print at 87%, 1/87 scale, for O Gauge UK print at 175%, 1/43.5 scale, for O Gauge International print at 158%, 1/48 scale. for N Gauge UK print at 51.5%, 1/148 Scale. (Caution: I have not test printed this in this scale).
For OO Gauge and below it’s probably best to print this on a 3D resin printer to get the detail to print, for larger gauges you should be able to print on both resin and filament printers. As normal with my designs, there is a balance between accuracy and printability, hopefully not affecting the design of the model too much.
The main resins I use for printing can be found with my affiliated links below. I use AnyCubic Water Washable Resin for most of my items but use AnyCubic ABS Like Resin for anything that needs to be stronger and tougher.
