This is the low cost quail cage. It's extremly cheap to built! I already made it and it's cost $40 only to built. You can accomod 300 to 400 quail birds in this cage. It's two years running of my cage. I think it will last 3 to 5 years even more if you make properly. Should apply paint all the cage by enamel paint. Paint again after 3 month later. I used wire as a fence. Frames are made by 10X20mm wooden sticks in various length.
This is manufacturing project, so put it in 3d printing category. 3d editable STEP file format also attached. No need to pull out the waste tray. Just splash water by pipe. Then all waste will slide down to the drain pipe. If you closely look to the tray you can see the tray angled and slightly angled at the front. So waste will not stuck any where. Just goes through to the drain pipe. I already made this and practically proven. Then you can make a wast plant to produce natural gas from the waste.
