Hobgoblin Mask 3D Printable Model 3D print model

Ready to print Hobgoblin mask 3D model with moveable jaw (digital file).

The mask consists of 2 main parts and 2 eye lenses sets. First pair of lenses is for making them out of transparent colored resin and the second (perforated) pair is for covering them with some thin piece of fabric through which you could see.

Base part and lower jaw are connected by joint imbedded in design. Lower jaw has 2 ledges which restrict its angle of opening. Moving of lower jaw of the mask is caused by pushing it down with user's chin. A hole in a mouth may be covered with flexible black fabric from inside (it might also act like rubber band pulling lower jaw upwards).

You need at least 220 x 210 x 200 mm build volume to print the mask. Contact me if your printer is smaller and I’ll split the files up according to your parameters.

Average wall thickness of each big part has an optimal value for resin casting: 4-5 mm.

The mask model is scaled for an average 57 cm girth head, but the size could be changed if necessary.
