I had been thinking of doing a small ground level signal box for a while and wasn't sure what design to use, in the end this is a combination of a few designs.

The signal box has been designed to be printed in sections to aid printing. The different parts are as follows - Base, Main Body and the Roof. If required you could just use the main body and the roof.

I have designed this item so it can be printed on a FDM or a Resin Printer. With FDM all items can be printed in the correct orientation with minimal supports. I found only the base needed supports on my printer.

I have designed this item for OO Gauge but can be scaled for other gauges.for HO gauge print at 87%, 1:87 scale,for O gauge UK print at 175%, 1:43.5 scale,for O gauge International print at 158%, 1/48 scale,for N gauge print at 51.49%, 1/148 scale. (Caution: I have not printed this model in N gauge so can’t guarantee its printability)Dimensions at OO (complete item) are Width 50mm x Depth 34mm x Height 51mm (Steps Extrude an additional 10mm)For N gauge this item will need to be printed on a Resin Printer

I have tested this item(s) on a Bambu Labs A1 FDM printer with a 0.4mm Nozzle and a layer height of 0.12mm.
