Gar Saxon Mandalorian Helmet Darth Maul Mando star wars 3D print model

This is my version of the Gar Saxon S7 helmet.

I tried to make this a mixture of the show and some live action style. I really like how it came out.

The helmet comes apart, ears, horns, main helmet.

This helmet should print fine with no center supports.

I made the ear LED areas open to the rear so the Designs could be printed in clear and lights added in behind them.

The ears are made to be able to be removable or can be glued in place, I used pins that line them up and connect them to the helmet, the holes in the helmet have a smaller M6 bolt sized hole so they could be bolted on with self tapping screws into the ear plugs.
