Helmet files are scaled roughly for a 5ft 10in individual, but highly recommended to re-scale corresponding to your specific needs. The dimensions of the helmet without antenna is 12.2in (or 31.cm) tall, 13.42in (or 34.1cm) long, and 9.84in (or 25cm) wide. The available head opening is 7in (or 17.8cm) wide and 9.8in (or 24.9cm) long.
The visor can be either be printed in a see through resin or vacuum formed with the visor mold. Keep in mind the visor files provided are a 1-1 scale, if you are going to do a vacuum form I would shrink the visor mold slightly to allow the molded plastics thickness.
Feel free to message me directly if you have any questions. Printer too small? I would recommend a slicer software for your printer, PrusaSlicer is free and easy to use. It can cut your model into smaller bits as well as any filament or printer tweaks before you print.
