everything was made with a 1/32in clearance on each side so there shouldn't be a need to grind anything downit wouldn't hurt to bevel the corners to help the pieces go together easierdesigned to be expandable to make a larger table like 3x3ft, 3x4 1/2ft, or 3x6ft
