8x 6mmx2mm round magnet ( to joint two neck pieces)https://fr.aliexpress.com/item/1005001586288783.html?spm=a2g0o.productlist.0.0.6f827b82MV3FxH&algo_pvid=1b277cad-1611-4d3c-b7fa-7ccc1be03255&algo_expid=1b277cad-1611-4d3c-b7fa-7ccc1be03255-0&btsid=0b0a555c16115042218047090ea1f5&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_,searchweb201603_

Any similar screw will work. If you dont want to use fastener, you can glue the magnet in place.

The dome has been split in two pieces to be able to print on a 300x300x400mm 3d printer (a uncut version is also include ). To put them together, I recommned to solder them with a soldering iron at minimal heat. (glue will work but will be weaker). I start by screwing the two dome piece to the DOME_MAGNET_HOLDER using the 1/2po screw. After, I use clamp to make sure the two piece are flush to each other. I recommend to print the dome upside down to cut on support. To have better surface underneat, active support ROOF with 80-100%

To make the helmet easier to sand, details are separated. Some of them are difficult to print on a fdm printer so I include a file with partialy integrated details.

For the lenses, I use 3mm smoke acrylic. To make the curve, I put the acrylic into a 350F oven for 3-4 minute, then I put the pieces into the eye hole and push with a cloth. It will be hot, BE CAREFUL!
