Accidentally bought. Would like a refund. Not sure if I’m able to get one.

The product was just what I was looking for. Yet that was not the part that I would like to share today, don't get me wrong it's good, but the customer service was excellent! I was having issues with my print. Well, he remade the portions and sent me the files. He worked with me and was very quick to respond thank you for the great product.
