Bo-Katan The mandalorian version helmet ready for 3d print

Bo-Katan The mandalorian version helmet ready for 3d print 3D print model

Description

This is my version of the Bo-Katan helmet from The mandalorian TV show.

The range finder moves and is held up with 10mmx3mm magnets. The ear cap is held on by magnets as well. These magnets can be found cheap on amazon but if you can't get any can be glued or use the printed inserts in the files. The range finder bolt can be tightened to keep it up or down as well.

Updated 1/13/2020 with a couple different helmet options. I have kept my V1 and V2 models uploaded because some people really liked them but the new V3 is more screen accurate and can be printed with all of the parts separate or attached.

This helmet should print just fine with zero supports in the center and fit on a 300x300 bed.

I will be uploading this and the complete armor set to my patreon at patreon.com/grizzlymountaindesigns so feel free to check it out for even better deals.

Please, Do not share/resale the 3d model

Please feel free to message with any other questions or reguests!

If you like my designs/models check out our instagram Grizzlymountaindesigns or on the patreon, same name!

I do custom models so let me know if there's anything you think would be a good hit!

Hi I am printing the last file for the range finder and realized the file thats labeled for RF and shaft, but on the shaft is in the file? It seems like one piece is missing ?

Are screws required to hold the range finder in place? also are are small holes in the prints for magnets near the ear pieces?

I made the ears to accept screws but they can be glued. I also made magnet holes for the ear caps and modelled studs to replace the magnets if wanted as well. The rangefinder is made for a bigger machine screw right at the hinge that could be tightened or loosened to keep it in place, it also has an option for a magnet to hold it up as well. Ask as many questions as you like and i'll try to answer them the best I can.

Thanks!. I am going to try the magnet and machine screw option to allow for easy on and off in the future.

The files are very high quality - they seem to load up in the print software well. I have to figure out how to adjust the scale for a proper helmet fit. The author of these files seems to be very experienced and produced I high quality item. I would highly recommend the work.
