**Have done some tests and have a solid program to run the sensor properly with all fine tuning and adjustments. This code is set for old Creality 1.1.4 main boards and ten pin LGA12864 screen they usually come with. Ill be changing this from coded for Creality main boards to Arduino Uno for general purpose use. Results are extremly promising. If you look into the code, you'll see a very low output level ~2.5-5v to the heater cartridge in the sensor. Yes they run at 12v, but with my code you don't need all that voltage and it's constantly adjusting output appropiate to keep equilibrium within the sensor. Ruined one sensor over driving the ceramic. **
This is a project for a Arduino powered Oxygen Meter. Using a heated oxygen sensor from automobiles, and a analog to digital signal booster; this rig should be able to detect 0-100% oxygen levels in the air. So far BOM is costing less than $100 which is a win. Parts are easily aquirable and code should be fairly simple. 1/4"NPT for the fittings, 18x2.25mm thread for the oxygen sensor. As this is still untested prototype, price will stay down until I finish it up. So think of a early download as a discount for helping me do physical prototyping, or helping me pay for materials to make this come to life. Ive seen other Arduino oxygen rigs for detecting oxygen levels in the air, but usually require some special board purchase. Not how I roll. Once this is finished, anyone can make their own Oxygen Meter at home with basic skills and a limited budget. Stay tuned for testing/programming updates in one weeks time.
