Model for 3D printing. The device for measuring the liquid level in the tank, shows the liquid level with an arrow. On the back side there is a pulley through which you need to throw a thread to which the float and counterweight are tied. The device is designed to move the float by 50 cm, which is convenient for tanks with a height of 60...70 cm. The device contains a potentiometer to transmit readings to an electronic device. The wires from it are output to the screws on the side of the case.
All parts are designed to be printed on a 3D printer without supports. In addition to the printed parts, you will also need fasteners: M4x12 screws - 8 pcs, M4x25 countersunk screws - 4 pcs, M3x10 screws - 2 pcs M3x16 screws - 2 pcs. As well as a WH148 type potentiometer. The number of fasteners can be reduced by gluing some parts to each other. The 3D model was created in SolidWorks version 2018 and is offered along with the source files.
