This is a complete model of a helical gear set with 20degrees helix angle. The gear tooth profile is designed with mathematical equations of the involute spline so please do not scale or modify. The set consists of multiple gear of same module (1.5) and features different tooth numbers with an increment step of 5 teeth. The smaller gear is Z10 (10 teeth) and the largest gear is Z100 (100 teeth). All gears do not have any feature designed as a hub or cut outs. This can be modified upon your request so please feel free to contact me if you need anything specific. The gear teeth are helical which is best for reduced noise during operation. You can combine different gears so that you can create a reducer or an increaser gearbox. Please keep in mind that some gears will need to be mirrored in order to be assembled together. Along with the native Solidworks file, you can also find parasolid, iges and step formats as well as stl, amf and 3mf. Polygon file is also attached.
