Cannondale Supersix Evo Repair Titanium Insert 3D print model

This is the .STL file for the 3d printed titanium insert that gets bonded on to the lower headtube of the Cannondale Supersix Evo to reduce the chance of damage or to assist with repair of an already damaged frame.

I have made this file available so people can arrange to get this printed local to them to save shipping and time. The .STL file was designed in mm.

THIS IS NOT A DIY SOLUTION, IT IS FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE FAMILIAR WITH STRUCTURAL COMPOSITE REPAIRS.

It is important to correctly prepare the bonding surfaces prior to bonding and to also use a high grade epoxy structural adhesive. Suitable adhesives include Hysol 9461, EA 9321; Araldite 2014-2, K138 ; 3M DP460, DP490

If there is already damage to the carbon this needs to be repaired with correct methods prior to bonding this insert.
