C20xe Powercap 60 mm with fitting 3D print model 3D print model
Description
This is POWERCAP for the standard Opel / Vauxhall C20XE Inlet Manifold. Adding this part will result in more sensitive throttle and increased power. Inlet pipe diameter is 60 mm, small pipe diameter is 20 mm. The thickness of the wall is increased for use with turbocharging. Recommended ABS (or TPU) printing, mechanical and chemical post-processing.

Thanks for the likes on my Native American pottery. I was wondering about your mechanical parts, models; are these parts able to be 3D printed and actually used on the vehicle they are created for? If so, where do you get your specifications to create an accurate model?

Hello! Thanks for the comment! I like the modern digital interpretation of folk cultural heritage. Yes, these parts can be printed and actually used for cars. Even more, this detail helps the air to get into the engine more easily. I did this project for a friend, he gave me all the necessary dimensions, and then we worked out several options, printed out and installed on the car. It was pretty epic because we were in different cities.

Hey there! Do you know if fits well on Corsa/Tigra swaped with c20xe? Because there's almost no space between the firewall and the TBI.

Hi!
If stock FSI box fits than power caр will fit also.
It is only 8 centimeters height (whith gasket) and overall more compact than FSI box.
