DESCRIPTION

Bicycle smartphone holder. All dimensions were made for the steering tube with a diameter of 38mm., but it should also be suitable for not much smaller / larger diameters. The model is designed for a 3D printer. To assemble the holder, you will need :

  • 2 pcs bars with a diameter of 4 mm and a length of 55 mm
  • 1 pcs Screw with a diameter of 5 mm and a length of 70 mm
  • 1 pcs bolt M5x16mm
  • 4 pcs bolts M5x20-25mm
  • 5 pcs M5 nuts.
  • 2 pcs springs from automatic handles

you may need to:

  • 4.5 mm drill bit
  • 5.5 mm drill bit

Build process: 1. it is Necessary to fuse 55 mm bars into the movable part of the holder. 2. screw the Screw in and out(not completely) into the center hole as many times as necessary until it is smooth. 3. Unscrew the screw and screw it into the flywheel, heat the screw and fuse it into the wheel. Next, glue the plug (for greater strength in the head of the screw, you can cut the slot to better stick). All the model is ready, you can attach it.
