Normal gear pumps are usually made of steel and run with oil. Here you are offered a 3D model of a gear pump, which can be printed from plastic and work with water. Of course, performance is highly dependent on print quality. You may need to grind the parts together for the best result. The parts are designed so that they can be printed without supports. In addition to the parts shown here, you will need four M6 x 40 screws with nuts. There is an axle for driving the gear in the kit, but if you want to get a really working device, turn it out of metal. The project contains SolidWorks 2018 files and stl files
