All of the details that are prone to breaking off during painting and testing the wagon (like handrails and stairs) are separated and need to be assembled. This wagon has a highly detailed underside and also comes with a newly designed and highly detailed bogie.

To print the pre-supported parts you will need a 3d printer with a build voulume of at least 123x54x171mm.

Two small springs are needed to keep the NEM sockets in place as well as standard H0 wheel sets (length=24,4mm, diameter=10,4mm) and NEM-compatible couplings. To minimize the risk of small parts breaking off, it is recommended to use a proportion of flexible resin (~20-30%), especially with parts that are exposed to dynamic loads like the NEM shaft.

Zusätzlich zu den druckbaren Teilen werden noch Kupplungen, Federn und Achsen (24,4x10,4) benötigt. Um das Risiko des Abbrechens von filigranen Teilen zu minimieren, wird empfohlen, einen Anteil von flexiblem Resin zu verwenden (~20-30%). Besonders bei Teilen, die dynamischen Beanspruchungen ausgesetzt sind (NEM-Kupplungsschacht) sollte dies getan werden.
