After purchasing a Stanley tool trolley STST1-80151, I found myself needing to replace the side latch due to frequent breakages. So, I took it upon myself to redesign and 3D print it using PETG. I had to conduct several tests for both the fit and compatibility with the original setup. Original latch consists of two parts: a rigid one, which is the component prone to breaking, and a flexible one that I didn't need to design. Simply retrieve the original flexible part, or print it with infill 100%, and assemble it with the printed one I provide. Recommendation: Print in PETG with a Quarter Cubic infill at 35% for the big part. Speed: 50mm/s Layer: 0.2 Temperature: 250 Combing: ALL Support: Yes Printing orientation: on one side Number of perimeter lines: 6 Time: 5Hours Weight: 54g Long: 18m
