To organize all my paints for the models and dioramas I tried some things but two years ago i designed this carousel to safe space.
The center is a V2A tube with 25mm i had here.Base is a 40x40cm plank with 20mm thickness and some cheap furniture wheels. To fix the tube i use a part from an wodden rest (about 80x80x60mm with a centerbore).
The clamps use two M3x40mm screws to tighten them, first then slid down over the time then i put a small piece double sided adhesive on the inside since then no more problems.
Each Level has four corners so they fit on a 210x210 printbed from my Anycubic i3 Mega.Every Corner has an upper and a lower part so i don't need any support structure.
All are connected with 3.5mm wodden screws (SPAX) in 16-20mm lenght
the 200ml Level needs 12 8mmx40mm pieces of wood to give it more strenght (due to the weight of the bottles)
final diameter is about 40cm.
I mainly use Vallejo paint and use that diameters (especially the larger ones) but the 17ml fit also for green stuff world, ak interactive or army painter.
I use it for about 2 years now, i store it in a corner of my room and when i need it i could take all colores to my desk or the paint cabin without to take a box with paint and later sort them all in again. that saved me a lot of time so far.
If you buy it and need an other diameter for the bottles feel free to contact me and i will add other dimensions too !And if you have any other questions feel free to ask me i will answer as soon as possible.3D printing settings
