Tesla NACS 500V supercharger to Type2 Mennekes adapter rev3 2 3D print model

Adapter was created for charging US spec. tesla cars on EU superchargers and CHAdeMO chargers (with CHAdeMO adapter), or Type2 1 phase AC chargers. It is not toy 3d model, it's full ready (and tested) to manufacturing project. The adapter is produced in a certain quantity and tested in practice, you can find confirmation on YouTube. The adapter is adapted for the most convenient manufacturing methods: for production you will need cnc milling, turning, soldering, pressing.

You can use it for manufacturing, projecting your custom thigs or just render. Dimension full comparsion to IEC and NACS standarts.

This is the latest version of my adapter design for easy and straightforward manufacturing, and it functions without any problems. There is nothing left to refine in it, I put all my skills into it. There are still several solutions and variations in stock to save a few dollars on materials, but complicating the processing process and lowering the reliability of the design, which you can ask me about if you are interested. The working drawings are made in such a way as to explain to you in the most detailed and understandable way the entire design and nuances of production, and not in pursuit of standardization.
