Connector was created for custom adapters. It is not toy 3d model, it's full real dimension comparsion. Size matching guaranteed, Tested by me in practice. For additional advice, please contact me. You can use it for manufacturing, projecting your custom thigs or just render. The maximum depth of the connector in this 3d model of the type father = the minimum length of the required connector type mother to eliminate friction on the fender of the car near the connector. In fact, this is an imitation of the input of a vehicle. You can shorten it to the desired length from the corresponding end.In this project, a push-button locking mechanism is implemented. The spring-loaded button - the lock excludes a rupture of connection without its pressing. (the spring is not shown in the 3D model, you need to choose its length yourself according to the pressure resistance force you need, the outer diameter of the spring is 4 mm)
!!! Attention !!! The project was created before the publication of the open standard NACS (Tesla), so some of the dimensions do not correspond to it and were assigned at my discretion. However, the design is fully functional. Initially, some elements were simplified in order to facilitate manufacturing by CNC milling. !!!
